**Note: This product is lightly whipped so the actual net weight differs from the size of the jar. Keep out of direct sunlight and heat. Take care when opening jar as butter may have melted during transit. Simply refrigerate for 20 minutes to solidify.
If butter has become grainy, boil a pot of water less than 2 inches high water level. Once water is boiling, turn off heat and place jar (sealed tightly) into water bath. Leave for 15 minute. Remove carefully from water taking care not to burn yourself and place in freezer for 20 minute, then remove.**
